저 진공 극 미량 범용가스분석 시스템(QMS)Multi-purpose gas analysis system(QMS)
isepa는 산소, 질소, 수소, 아르곤등의 가스와 그 외 가스들을 신뢰성있게 측정 할 수 있는 QMS(Quadrupole Mass spectrometer)분석시스템입니다. 보통 RGA(Residual Gas Analyzer)라고 부르기도 합니다.
isepa is a QMS(Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer) analysis system that can reliably measure gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, and other gases. It is also commonly referred to as a residual gas analyzer(RGA).
Out-gasing 테스트 및 OLED 셀내부 가스 등 다양한 가스의 정량분석이 가능하며, 가스분석전문가가 아니어도 사용가능한 Full-automation SW로 구성되어 있습니다.
Quantitative analysis of various gases such as out-gasing test and gas inside OLED cell is possible.
채집된 시료의 분석 및 측정이 필요한 실험실에서 운용할 수 있는 고정형 가스분석 시스템으로 전자동 SW는 측정오차를 줄이고 양질의 분석데이터 도출이 가능합니다.
