isepa-s는 기존의 isepa와 달리 실시간 측정과 이동이 가능한 QMS가스분석 시스템입니다. FTIR에서 측정이 불가능한 Kr과 같은 단원자분자량의 농도를 이용하여 전체 유량을 계산합니다.
isepa-s is a QMS gas analysis system that can measure and move in real time, unlike the existing isepa.
Sampling과정을 거치지 않고 바로 타겟가스를 주입하는 방식으로 측정하려는 환경의 특성상 시료포집이 용이하지 않은 경우에 선택하실 수 있습니다.
The total flow rate is calculated by measuring the concentration of monoatomic molecules such as Kr that cannot be detected by FTIR.
isepa-s는 현재 온실가스 배출권거래제 사업에 참여하는 반도체/디스플레이 온실가스 저감장치 효율측정의 표준모델로 삼성전자, GST, 에코프로 등 수많은 기업에서 사용하고 있습니다.
isepa-s is currently used by numerous companies such as Samsung Electronics, GST, and Ecopro as a standard model for measuring the efficiency of semiconductor/display greenhouse gas reduction devices participating in the greenhouse gas emission trading system project.
